These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the access to and use of the pelita88 platform, website, and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform") operated by pelita88 ("pelita88", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you ("Player", "User", or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement is entered into between you and pelita88 and constitutes the entire legal basis governing your use of the Platform. pelita88 reserves the right to require you to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any notification of updates to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The pelita88 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. pelita88 applies mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process for all new accounts. Providing false information during registration, including falsification of date of birth, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the pelita88 Platform. A single household address, IP address, device, payment method, or financial account must not be associated with more than one Player Account without prior written approval from pelita88. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. pelita88 may request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any stage of the account lifecycle.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. pelita88 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify pelita88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pelita88 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised activity. Players are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in the Account Security settings.
pelita88 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account that breaches this Agreement, that is associated with fraudulent activity, or where pelita88 reasonably believes that continued operation of the Account poses a risk of harm to the Player, pelita88, or third parties.
All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the pelita88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pelita88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
pelita88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, DuitNow transfers, and online banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and other approved Malaysian banking institutions. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to make a prior deposit to your Account, subject to pelita88's verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30. pelita88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for e-wallet channels and within 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to KYC completion and compliance checks.
pelita88 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be required to provide a valid government-issued identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactory.
All bets placed on the pelita88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game category — slots, live casino, sportsbook, and lottery. These game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface and supplement the general Terms contained herein. In the event of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for matters relating to that game's mechanics, and these Terms prevail for all other matters.
pelita88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed using erroneous odds or prices, or placed in circumstances that suggest system abuse or exploitation of an error. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account Balance.
Winnings are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon settlement of each game round or event. pelita88 may delay the crediting of winnings pending investigation of any dispute, suspected fraud, or technical irregularity.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the pelita88 Platform are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which specify the applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and take precedence over any general statements regarding bonuses.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; any unwagered Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
pelita88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus, promotion, or associated winnings where pelita88 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion with other players, or placing low-risk wagers designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than constitute genuine gaming participation.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the pelita88 Platform:
Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the pelita88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual elements — is the property of pelita88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pelita88.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pelita88's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pelita88 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond pelita88's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions; or (d) the acts or omissions of third-party game providers or payment processors.
The Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pelita88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption or error.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pelita88 is licensed to operate. The parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation prior to initiating any formal proceeding. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in pelita88's licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits pelita88's right to seek injunctive or other emergency relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of pelita88 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
